Heart disease is the leading cause of death in the United States and a major cause of disability. 1 in 3 U.S adults are currently living with a type of heart disease. The risk of heart diseases doubles in inactive people versus people who get regular excercise. If you work in an office sitting in front of a computer all day you must take the time to get up and walk around a few times throughout your day. Aerobic activity, like running, swimming, jumping rope and biking are good choice of excercise to reduce your risk of heart disease.
